HOW TO FLASH AND UPGRADE HTC DEVICES WITH RUU FILES
NOTE
A wrong ruu will not install on your device.
Download and install android usb drivers.
Download the RUU file of your device.
Make sure the file you are
downloading has the same radio version with the one of your device(very important)
Check the model of the device you want to flash.
Boot up your phone by pressing volume down and power button Use power button to select Fastboot on your device.

Launch the RUU file.
When it loads, accept the terms and conditions,then click NEXT
Now connect your phone to the computer.
Tick the box and select NEXT.
A new pop up will appear Click UPDATE.

Now connect your phone to the computer.
Tick the box and select NEXT.
A new pop up will appear Click UPDATE.
Verify the images of the ROM you want to flash and click NEXT.
Flashing Process will begin.
This process will take awhile.
Wait for the process to complete.

Do not disturb the device otherwise the phone will be hard bricked.
Phone will reboot after the process is complete.
